Fudas's customization capabilities
In the wire mesh industry, “customization” is not only an additional service, but also the key for customers to achieve their project goals. The requirements of each project are different – whether it is size specifications, material selection, or structural design, it may have a huge impact on the final effect.
FUDAS is well aware of the importance of customization and has rich experience in customizing welded wire mesh, gabion mesh and woven mesh, serving customers from multiple industries such as construction, security, agriculture, filtration, and landscape. We can respond quickly to customer needs and provide full-process customization services from drawing design, proofing confirmation to mass production.
Welded wire mesh
We usually customize according to the customer’s size, wire diameter, mesh size and surface treatment requirements.
We have received orders from British customers, requiring the conventional 1.2m × 2m welded mesh to be extended to 1.2m × 4m. We confirmed the key parameters with the customer within 24 hours to avoid any dimensional errors. Subsequently, the engineering team with many years of experience evaluated the structural stability and quickly adjusted the welding process, successfully completing the proofing within 48 hours. FUDAS has the ability to respond quickly and draw drawings, and can efficiently complete customized tasks from design to production
Gabion
The customization of gabion mesh is mainly based on mesh size (length, width, height), mesh specifications, mesh wire thickness and material protection requirements.
In 2023, we provided nearly 46,000 square meters of non-standard reinforced gabion mesh boxes for a large water conservancy project in Southeast Asia. We use CAD design system for rapid modeling, combined with 5 automatic forming equipment and manual pre-assembly process to ensure production efficiency and structural accuracy. The Fudas team can flexibly handle various non-standard requirements, especially for engineering-level projects.
Woven wire mesh
Customization of woven mesh involves parameters such as mesh number, wire diameter, material, and weaving method.
a customer needed a filter mesh for experiments, requiring both precision and strength. FUDAS recommended and produced a woven mesh with 80 mesh stainless steel and a wire diameter of 0.12mm. After equipment debugging and multiple sample tests, it was successfully delivered to the customer. We have rich experience and can respond quickly to customization requests and provide professional support.
