Key Specifications & Features
Galvanization Type :Galvanized Before Welding – GBW (Recommended), Galvanized After Welding – GAW
Compliance Standard: ASTM A641
Wire Diameter: 0.8mm – 2.5mm (Custom gauges available on request)
A Buyer’s Tip from Our Engineers: For superior durability, choose Galvanized After Welding (GAW). This method coats the crucial weld points after welding, offering maximum rust protection and a significantly longer lifespan than standard GBW mesh.
Why Choose Our Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Rolls?
100%Real Zinc Coating
100% zinc-coated surface,no thin plating. Guaranteed durability.
Strong Welding
No cold welding, no leaking welding, strong tensile strength and stable structure!
Refuse To Cut Corners
Realistic wire diameter, mesh size, and roll length – no shrinkage, no false labeling.
Hot-Dip or Electro
Flexible galvanizing options to suit your budget and project life span. Always clear and transparent.

FAQ About Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Rolls
Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. We specialize in wholesale supply for distributors, contractors, and large-scale projects. We offer competitive tiered pricing based on order volume. Please submit your required quantity on our quote form to receive a detailed wholesale price list.
What's the difference between Galvanized and PVC Coated rolls? Which is better?
Both offer excellent corrosion resistance, but are suited for different needs. Galvanized rolls are the cost-effective industry standard for general rust protection. PVC Coated rolls offer a superior, dual-layer of protection: a thick polymer coating over the galvanized wire. This makes them the better choice for high-moisture or coastal environments, and they also offer color options for better aesthetics.
How do you ensure the quality of your weld points?
We use advanced, automated welding lines with precise electronic controls. This ensures that every weld point receives the same energy, resulting in a consistently strong and reliable bond across the entire roll. Our in-house lab performs regular shear tests to guarantee the weld strength meets or exceeds international standards. chemical environments, we recommend our Stainless Steel mesh.
What is the difference between Galvanized Before (GBW) and Galvanized After Welding (GAW)?
GAW is a superior process we strongly recommend for durability. In GAW, the entire mesh is galvanized after welding, fully protecting the crucial weld points from rust. Standard GBW mesh has exposed weld points that are vulnerable to corrosion, significantly reducing its lifespan in outdoor applications.
How do you pack and ship internationally?
Moisture‑proof wrapping + pallets; sea/air/express are available with export docs. Tracking is provided; typical lead time 7–15 days depending on quantity.
